RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your wallpaper, and we strongly encourage ordering samples before placing a full order. However, we understand that sometimes plans change.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

Wallpaper rolls must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Rolls must be in resalable condition.

We cannot accept returns for any wallpaper rolls that have been opened, including rolls opened for inspection and then repackaged.

Samples, fabrics, opened rolls, partially used rolls, and custom orders are not eligible for return.

Once a prepaid return label is issued, the return must be shipped back within 14 days to remain eligible for a refund.
All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which helps cover handling and repackaging costs.
For U.S. returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The actual cost of return shipping, based on your location and the weight of the return, will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. International customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund for any eligible items, minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs.
Please contact customer service at sbeebe@mayflowerwallpaper.com or 401-824-6968 for a return authorization and a prepaid UPS label (prepaid labels are only available within the US.) Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt.
When we have received your returned wallpaper in unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your credit card within 10 business days. For questions or concerns, please contact customer service at 401-824-6968 or sbeebe@mayflowerwallpaper.com.
Custom cuttings and rolls are not eligible for return.

If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our customer service team on 401-824-6968 or sbeebe@mayflowerwallpaper.com (Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm EST).
